On Monday 13th July, Jo Hart accompanied Joss Stone on a very busy day full of interviews (15 to be precise) for her upcoming album ‘Water For Your Soul’, released on Friday 31st July. The album has been four years in the making and represents a shift in the Joss Stone signature sound. This fusion of reggae and soul was written entirely by Joss herself and includes collaborations with some legendary reggae artists – people such as Damien Marley, Dennis Bovell and Nitin Sawney. ‘Water For Your Soul’ harmoniously combines elements of hip hop, RnB and of course reggae to deliver a truly mature and cohesive collection of music. Speaking on the diverse nature of this album, Joss said “It’s really a combination of all the things I like”.
